At Sigma Phi Omicron, we augment the mission of higher education institutions by providing an environment in which undergraduate men can practice and develop the necessary life skills needed, through chapter activities, to lead a life of excellence. By challenging undergraduate brothers to fulfill specific goals that are important for success in all areas of collegiate life, Sigma Phi Omicron Fraternity will better prepare members for life.

12th Annual Sigma Phi Omicron Golf Tournament
When: Monday, August 7th, 2022. 6:30 am Registration, 7:45 am Tee Time.
Where: Four Oaks Country Club, 80 Meadow Creek Dr, Dracut, MA 01826
You may recall from last year we added the processing cost of paypal payments to the registration fee. $4.79 per person or $18.23 per foursome. If you would prefer to pay by check the amount remains 150/600.

Single Golfer

Foursome
Use this option to pay for the entire team at once. Please include the names of your teammates, all four, in the box provided.

Use this option to get involved as a sponsor. Please see the levels below and enter the correct donation amount. In the text box below, please include your contact information.
Active Sponsor - $50
-Includes recognition displayed during post-event banquet.
Alumnus Sponsor - $100
-Includes signage at tee box and recognition displayed during post-event banquet.
Hawk's Sponsor - $500
-Includes signage at tee box, individual cards in gift bags, and recognition displayed during post-event banquet.
President's Sponsor - $1000
-Includes signage at tee box, individual cards in gift bags, complimentary foursome for event, recognition displayed during post-event banquet, and logo displayed on participant gifts(if exclusive sponsor is identified, logo will be on golf carts).
Chancellor's Sponsor - $2500
-Includes exclusive advertising rights on participant gift, signage at tee box, individual cards in gift bags, complimentary golf foursome for event, and recognition displayed during post-event banquet.
